Spa Etiquette: To make sure you have the best experience
A credit card account number is required at the time of booking.
Appointments can be made Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm. However, after-hour and before-hour appointments can be made by special arrangement.
We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel a single service before 24 hours (or 48 hours for multiple services or a Spa Package), as well as a no shows, will result in the charge of the full fee of the services.
Payment Options: Green Spa on the Go is pleased to accept payments in the following ways: Cash, Paypal, credit cards, and corporate checks.
Travel and Set up Fee may apply if the service is required outside our covered areas.
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY, and are based upon your satisfaction. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave 15%-20% (of the full price) tip for the technician or therapist.
